Evaluation Logic
Rolling 90-Day Window：
The system continuously evaluates user levels based on Growth Points earned over the past 90 days. Users are automatically upgraded or downgraded based on their current GP band.
Benefit Duration
90-Day Tier Validity：
Each level and its corresponding benefits are valid for 90 days. Re-evaluation occurs automatically every cycle.
Special Tier: Legendary
By Admin Multisig Only：
The system continuously evaluates user levels based on Growth Points earned over the past 90 days. Users are automatically upgraded or downgraded based on their current GP band.
To qualify：
- Must currently hold Eminence tier.
- f the user no longer meets Eminence-level GP during any 90-day cycle, they will be demotedaccordingly.
