This Policy applies to all enterprise users of the Ozone platform, including those accessing services under an enterprise identity.
2. Information We Collect
- Enterprise name and identifying details
- Contact person’s name, title, phone, email
- Member information (e.g., invited users’ names and emails)
- Activity logs under the enterprise identity
- Business data related to platform usage (e.g., API logs, analytics)
3. Purpose of Use
- Verify and create enterprise identities
- Provide enterprise features and account management
- Send operational notifications
- Improve services and ensure security
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
- No sale of information
- Service providers under confidentiality for hosting, analytics, and support
- Legal compliance disclosures when required
5. Data Storage & Security
Data stored on secure servers with encryption and access controls. Upon enterprise identity cancellation, related data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. We comply with Singapore PDPA and applicable regulations.
6. Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete enterprise data
- Request cancellation of enterprise identity and data deletion
- Request further details about data handling

We may update this Policy; the latest version will show the "Last Updated" date. Major changes may be notified via in-platform notice or email.
