1.1 This User Registration Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “you”) and the operator of the Ozbet platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
1.2 By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2.1 This Agreement applies to all users of the Ozbet platform.
2.2 This Agreement, together with any rules, policies, notices, or supplementary terms published by the Platform from time to time, constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Platform.
2.3 In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and other platform documents, this Agreement shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.3 If the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must immediately discontinue use, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.
4.1 Users may register an account through methods supported by the Platform, including third-party authentication or wallet-based access.
4.2 Users must ensure that all information provided during registration and use of the Platform is true, accurate, and up to date.
4.3 Each user may maintain only one account. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Ozbet provides an online platform offering sports- and esports-related information, interactive prediction features, and technical services.
5.2 The Platform does not act as a bookmaker or counterparty and does not guarantee outcomes, winnings, or returns of any kind.
5.3 All information provided is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, or gambling advice.
6.1 Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
6.2 The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspension or termination of services, against any user who violates this Agreement.
7.1 Users acknowledge that services provided by the Platform involve inherent risks and uncertainties.
7.2 Such risks include, but are not limited to, market volatility, technological failures, cybersecurity incidents, and regulatory changes.
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
8.1 The Platform may integrate or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to blockchain networks, wallets, and payment providers.
8.2 The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or legality of any third-party services.
9.1 Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and account information.
9.2 Any actions taken through a user’s account shall be deemed authorized by the user.
9.3 Users must immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized access or security breach.
10.1 The Platform processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
10.2 By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described therein.
11.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
11.2 Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
12.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate user access if the user violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
12.2 The Platform may also restrict or terminate services where required by law or regulatory authorities.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.2 The Platform’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
